SRL is the largest Diagnostics Company in India having an impressive 'Reach', providing superior quality diagnostics services to its customers through a very efficient network of labs and collection points.
Before starting the new version for the platform it was important to understand the problems currently faced by the user and the further opportunity area. It was also important to design the app for users’ for a seamless experience while also keeping in mind the users’ journey.
Roshan Singh, 29 yrs “My wife was detected with cancer and we had quite a few tests to be done every month. It was difficult to find a particular test to book and get the reports for the same.”
Sarthak Gandhi, 24 yrs “The first time I visited the app for booking a test, I couldn't read about the details anywhere. I had to read about it on google and later I couldn't do the payment because it led me to some other page. It was very chaotic”
Ishita Thacker, 40 yrs “I have to often land up on the app for booking tests for my mother-in-law. I face difficulties in booking a particular packages. I take a lot of time just to book one test and figure out about the confirmation of the booking post payment. I don’t have an option to go back to the homepage to landing page post booking.”
Weather forecast is synced with the back-end to keep the user updated following with a few health tips.
A user can book a test, book a package, manage/view test reports and change location now in a simpler way. User can also add family members to the app to view the reports.
